The property is great if you want to stay close to the airport. It’s surrounded by a nice green garden, but there’s nothing particularly useful nearby. They offer free transportation to the hotel at any time, which is very convenient. The food at the restaurant is tasty and reasonably priced and bar is open at the night.

We arrived early hours in the morning, once we got off of arrivals as instructed by the hotel we called the number provided they provided clear instructions where to wait for them. They sent a friendly staff member to collected us. In the morning we caught the free shuttle back to the airport, so that we could get a train into Milan. The shuttle was only a short 10mins walk and very easy to locate. Hotel ideal for night stay, friendly, clean and comfortable beds.

After a horrendous experience of delayed-then-cancelled rebooked flights, we have to stay a night in MXP. I‘m glad, we were able to book here in Crowne Plaza, and stayed for a night (Dec. 7-8). It was a last-minute booking, and arrived around 9:00 PM. The two young ladies in the reception were so friendly and helpful to our needs. I can say, they ease our sorrow for our ordeal. We’re really thankful to them. Our room’s clean, and bed was comfortable. There’s a restaurant in a hotel. Thank God they were still open, and we had a decent dinner here. Breakfast is also good.

The staff were brilliant, particularly the 3 young waiters / waitres on shift for the 1 night we stayed. A bus load of people came to the restraunt at the same time entered, and they worked so hard to keep the service going, and their customer service still remained professional. The food was good, too, and the free shuttle service was handy.

The rooms were clean and had air conditioning. There is a nice restaurant but it is open limited hours. The hotel has a shuttle to reserve for 15 Euro per room.
